CAR WASH SATURDAY, AUGUST 16 FROM 9:00am - 1:00pm AT ABUNDANT LIFE CHURCH!!!  We can use all the volunteers we could get for this fundraiser!  Parents will be meeting at 9:00am to set up and everyone should be there by 9:30 or 10:00am to start washing!

PARENT MEETING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20th AT 5:30PM (right before Open House) in room 402 at Orange High School.  We would like to have as many parents as possible at this important meeting to go over our cross-country policies and the newest changes to the policies!  Thanks in advance for your attendance!

Mandatory practice began on August 4th, 2008.  Athletes are to meet at the high school track with good running shoes and water bottles at 6:00pm sharp unless otherwise indicated.

This week practices will be held at:

Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday - Orange High School

Wednesday - Watermelon Race at West Point on the Eno - athletes meet at 3:30pm to leave for the scrimmage

Friday - Buehler Trail

Suntrust Bank is eager to help out our community by donating $100 to your choice of charity if you open a personal or business checking account by SEPTEMBER 2008.  All you have to do is open an account with $25, get a Suntrust Visa Check Card, and use it before October 15, 2008 and Suntrust will donate $100 to our cause!  Why are we so excited about this?  Because one of the causes you can donate to is Orange High School Boosters Club/Cross-Country!  If we can get 10 parents to do this, cross-country would get $1,000 to spend on equipment, etc!  You can go to suntrust.com/mycause for more details.
